pizza, chocolate chip ice cream, ice cream cake, birthday cake, pumpkin pie, brownies, chocolate chip cookies and cherry pop tarts.............that's meal 1! Keith Truthfully.... I'm already done with the binge..eating pretty cleanly now. Still lots of calories! Keith, even though I only like 2 things on tha tlist (pop tarts & pizza), I am very very very mad at you right now!

Seven scrambled eggs ( 2 whole, 5 whites ) with some cheese and mushrooms along with a bananna. Washing it down with a crystal lite.

chicken breast and aspapagus. Please contain your excitement. Hey, Dave Palumbo called he wants his diet back ;D I just finished the same thing, but I soaked my asparagus in apple cider vinegar and enjoyed about 32 oz of Crystal Lite with it!

I have come to realize on this Keto diet that I am addicted to a few foods: Slight addiction to Chicken & Tilapia Major addictions to: Eggs (whites or whole), Natural Peanut/Almond Buter, Cashews.

8 oz Salmon baked in garlic and Olivio spray w/ lemon, salt + pepper + Broccoli sauteed in lil olive oil + crushed cashews, garlic, and a tspn Kokoman stir fry sauce. ;D

Just had a cup of brown rice with butter spray and a 6 ounce chicken breast dipped first in egg,then bread crumbs,and then sautee`d in olive oil. Still hungry so stay tuned!

just had chicken tenders poached in tomato pasta sauce with red peppers,broccoli and courgette with a little sweet potato-YUM!
