I was STARVING, so I just wipped out Protein Pancakes + Raisins + Kashi crackers+ Hummus..... Much better.. OH wait........ I'm HUNGRY again

Bacon & Eggs Glass of orange juice Fruits Large serving of oats or two slices of whole grain bread. Large glass whole milk One cup of black coffee

I've been eating 10 egg whites/2yolks/half cup lo fat cottage cheese/quarter cup of oats/suger free syrup protein pancake for breakfast every morning this week!

I'm about to eat 5 egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 2% cheese, 1 oz beef OMELETTE!!!!
Tomorrow morning: Protein pancakes + 2 egg whites 2 whole eggs scrambled!

1) 8 Egg Whites, 1/2 C Oats, 2 tbsp wheat germ = Protein Pancakes 2) 3 Egg Whites, 2 Eggs, Red & Green Peppers, 2% Cheese = Omelet
