Large serving of Beef Steak Large serving of Veggie soup Small serving of brown rice Large serving of yogurt Chocolate ........................Yesterday's dinner. We want more details :-) Large and small are so relative! I mean, I eat 2 pitas and for me it's a LARGE serving... but for Randy, it's SMALL, in fact it's not even a sampling!

Chicken stirfry with tomato,courgette,pepper,broccoli and onion with yellow rice..yummy! Followed by a kiwi...(gotta satisfy my sweet tooth )
