I will bring it back to "Normal" Mo. 6 egg whites + 1 whole egg + 1 cup spinach + 1/4 cup veggie cheese + 1 grapefruit + 12 almonds #pukeb9vn# I feel better now :-)

Even you...would have had trouble finishing it Anyway, maybe you're right, but I'm gonna have my revenge tonight because I plan on having another one! Right now, I'm having 4% fat cheese and Almonds.
