I say have a protein shake like most have suggested before. I would hate to see you burn away muscle...which could be used to burn that fat off even faster.
as you know..the more muscle you have..the more calories you burn in a day.
I suggest 20min incline walk 30min-1hr after you have your protein shake.

Think Big, you are getting GREAT advice from people, especially TIM ;D I believe, though, that there are many ways to skin a cat, you just need to find an approach you believe in and stick to it. I've only done 2 shows, and they were back to back weeks, but I believe that you need to take each show as an experience an dlearn from your mistakes.
The biggest thing I learned was, even though I worked hard on it, that I needed to work more on posing. Especially the relaxed pose and "SITTING" on your legs correctly, I suggest you get a posing coach, one that you can work w/ physically and one on one with once a week. DO THIS!

-cardio first thing in the morning if possible...if not, right after training -high protein/medium fat/low carb I tend to agree w/ bodyfx, since his best bud did my diet throughout my last 8 weeks ;D! Between bodyfx and Tim, you should be able to get the advice you need to kick some ASS!

BodyFX, I was thinking of doing 30 min. Cardio in morning as you say... ...with me being so heavy what should i take before cardio(i.e. branched Chain amino's/how much,Gltamine/howmuch)etc. I was thinking maybe 15grams powdered BCAA'a is that enough to stop muscle wasting? maybe 15grams Glutamine as well? Also would this slow down the amount of fat I would burn , as opposed to just doing it on a completely empty stomach? You would not hinder fat loss/burning to any significant degree by using glutamine and BCAA before cardio. Go with 10 g of each and you will be fine.
