Everything is going very well, considering the past couple of days. Diet is dialed in and training is going very well. I looked better than I ever have this a.m. Maintaining my size while just cutting up before my own eyes. Fat is melting off my body right before my own eyes.
206 last night, goal is 198. 6 weeks to go. I would say that is about perfect. 2-3 pounds a week.
I owe this to you guys that pitched in and helped me get the diet lined out. Once we accomplished that, everything else is just falling right into place.
So much to do and so little time. Tanning, posing practice, meals, training, and most of all quality family time. Wow. what a full schedule. Worst thing is I must prepare for the funeral. We'll make it. After all we will win this thing for my father.
Full steam ahead.
Later,
Massiv

Gerry,
You can count on it in the upcoming days. I will be tormenting you. I want to make a great presentation at this show and I know it all stems from how you present the package. I have a friend that is a master at cutting and putting music arrangements together. He is currently putting that together for me. I have been practicing my mandatories nightly. That is a workout in it's own right.
I promise you will be hearing from me soon.

Torment away! Glad to hear you are practicing nightly! Very important at this stage.
Old story: A tourist in NYC stops someone who is a concert violinist and asks, "How do you get to Carnegie Hall?" The violinist answered, "Practice! and more practice!"
My mantra word!! ;D

Great idea Tim. I actually have started one at the beginning of this week. I scripted everyday until the contest. I try to do an analysis daily and document it. By the way, the natty PB that you recommended. What a treat. Thanks. I physically feel great today. Vascularity really starting to come out. Cross sections in my quads starting to show. I getting excited. I just don't want to peak to soon.

42 days and counting. Feeling a little flat this a.m. This is a non workout day for me, so I am cutting my carbs even farther today. Yipee! I will do cardio this p.m. Time is flying by, 6 weeks from this moment I will be on stage at pre-judging. Getting a little nervous. Still so much to do and so little time. I also will do posing practice today on my mandatories. As Gerry T. says, you can never practice these poses enough. I will be in touch tomorrow for another update.

41 days and counting. Good day today. Diet still right on the money. Had an incredible chest workout today. Becoming very cut and vascular. I usually never wear tank tops to the gym. I usually just wear my t shirt. Well today, I thought that the gym would be empty, since the owner was letting me come in late to train, due to Monday they are closed. So I threw on a tank and went. Holy crap,. I stunned myself. Shoulders and chest was shredded. Veins were popping out everywhere. I actually had people come up and make several compliments and brag on how good I looked. That was a confidence booster to say the least. I have never had that many people galking at me at the same time. So from that, I feel that we are hitting it on the money. All and all I will count today as a positive and say it was a great success.
Onward and forward.

40 days to go. Slept great last night. First time in a week, for obvious reasons. Maintaining the diet pretty strict to the gram. Water intake is very high. When I get hungry I drink water. Wow it really fills you up. Feeling pretty good today.
Moving forward. Cardio and posing practice today. Gym is closed, so I had to use today as a day off.

I don't know if you guys would consider this a screw up, but I ate red meat tonight for my last meal of the day. It had a little fat on it, but damn it tasted great. I ate my regular baked potato. it was about 10 ounces. I did a 40 minute cardio about 1 hour after I ate it. I know many of you have said that some fat is good. I have been on such a restricted fat diet, that I figured that I had a little room. Anyway, with that guilt aired out, everything else going well. I am glad to have you watching me Intensity. I will try and give a little more information during these post, so you may critique and give me some of your valuable advice that I desire so badly. So many of you are hardcore competitive bodybuilders on here that I am so hungry for all of your input. So let me have it. So far so good. Well I will post again tomorrow. Had to get this minor blip off my chest.

I don't think its a bad thing this far out! Your body could do with a little natural creatine at this point anyway
