11/30/07 Delts Cardio 25min. treadmill incline-8 speed -3.8 front plate laterals- 25lbs 4x15 seated 1 arm DB press 25lbs 2x12 2x15 Med X side laterals- 40 4x15 bumped right elbow getting in machine hurt like a beeech 1 arm side Db laterals- 12 lbs 4x12 Rear delt DB laterals on Incline bench-25lbs 4x15 1 arm cable rear laterals 20lbs 1x15 [hurt a little] 15lbs 3x12 Seated HS shrugs- 90lbs 4x20 Seated 1 arm DB shrugs-35lbs - 4x15 Neck raises 10lb DB 3x12 Great Roger. In another two months these numbers will be doubled or more. Just go slow.

12/1/07 Leg day Real Squats felt awesome [rock bottom] 155lbs 10x10 Hs leg curls 70lbs 5x10 stiff leg dead lift 135lbs. 5x10 Seated calf 235lbs. go till you can't, rest few sec. go till you can't again till you get 75 reps [Sunny's plan kicked my butt]

Awesome workout. Some people would think 155 is light, but at your bw and 10x10 going rock bottom that is great. Much better than those people who do 225 and do 1/4 squats.
I assume you are taking fish-oil. It is supposed to be good for joint health.

12/02/07 Chest very light HS incline- 25lbs ea side 5x20 HS wide grip- 45lbs 5x20 HS decline - 45lbs 5x15 pec dec -3 plates 5x20 Got a good pump in chest- kept grip as wide as I could very little tricep use

I just read this page. I thought I was the only one who did one arm shrugs! I may have to do them next time, I forgot about those. It looks like your rebuilding is going well so far.

12/03/07 Back assisted pullups-60lb assist 5x15 superset hanging knee ups 5x20 narrow grip t-bar 45lbs/ close grip pulldowns 70lbs 5x15 seated 1 arm cable rows 3 plates 1x5 could not get into so I just went home.

Yesterday shoulders 12/05/07 Reverse pec dec-1plate x25 2px25 3px25 4p 2x15 rear DB laterals 20lbs 3x30 high cable pulls for rear delts 15lb 3x15 seated side laterals 5lbsx50 8lbsx40 10lbs x30 Seated DB presses-15x50 20x40 25x30 Barbell shrugs- 45lbs x50 65lbs x50 20lb ez curl bar upright row 1x75 never done anything this light or high rep, shoulders are still fried today

Rog...the change might actually be good for you. Maybe it'll hit the fibers ina way they are unacustomed to.
