You are definitely without a doubt gaining muscle size, I see it in your shoulder, arms, lats the most. I am not so sure your legs are a weak point, isn't all about symmetry? Your body is symmetrical. But if I see one area to work a bit, it's your chest. A bit more size there would look great!! BTW I am not referring to boobie size, I mean MUSCLE. ;D

Oh yes and this is directed to your hubby.. My God man, how did you get so lucky? ?? Your wife is cover model gorgeous with a body of an 18 year old. She gave you 2 gorgeous children and looks like one herself!!!!!! Feminine and unbelievably fit, you are a blessed man for sure, I hope you realize it.

Since I haven't seen your other pics, I can't judge your improvements, but looking at these, I can tell you what I like. Your biceps peak really stands out to me, I think it looks great!!!!! I think that "big" arms aren't just for men (two of my favorites are Andrulla and Chyna before she got so "lite") and you certainly have a nice set of "guns" there. Ohio is a long ways away from Spain, but if you and your hubby are ever in the "neighborhood" I'd love to put you through an arm workout at my gym (always free for people on the board) and see just what those "guns" are packing, LOL, Sicario.

BTW, I think Sapphire is right, your legs are not an obvious "weak point." They are very well proportioned with the rest of your body. A little more muscle would help, but hell, a little more muscle would help all of us, LOL, Sicario.

Looking great Karrie,you are so lean!!! One thing I would pick out is to continue to add width your your lats and shoulders to build a strong V taper.... GREAT progress hun!!!

Work on lat width, sweep of the thighs (my wife has the same problem), and chest musculature. Otherwise, you look freakin' phenomenal! Especially back detail and abs!

Great progress there SEXY MOMMA. Your legs match the rest of your body. I agree with the quad sweep .......I finally got mine to grow because I would only and only do squats for like 30-45mins and that would be my leg day. Sometimes I would puke because I was so drained from the workout.........You will get there seems like you are putting on muscle pretty good and staying lean which is very hard to do. CONGRATS smiles s

Thanks everyone....I am coming along slowly...that is name of the game for us ectomorphs...or hummingbird built physiques...LOL...Tim. That quad sweep is soooo hard for me...God made my legs toooooo long....hard to put some solid mass on....but, thanks to Tim, for giving me some ideas to BLAST them...I have seen some solid gains...thank heavens!!!! I appreciate everyone's input VERY much and the honesty means the world!!!!!
