Iam 26 years old. About 3 months back I had opted for the personal training services of "Doug", Dante's business partner. My first blast lasted for about two and half months. Currently I am on cruising which lasted for 2 weeks and today was the last day. Now I ain't a big believer in measurements and stuff but since my wife coaxed me to so here goes
Arms : Before starting off DC 16 & 1/2 inches cold
Afte the first blast 18 inches cold
Chest : Before Starting off DC 45 Inches Cold
After the first blast 48 inches
Legs i didn't even bother to measure because my all my shorts, jeans and cargos which used to fit me perfectly before DC are now too tight to even wear. Some of them don't even fit me.Same goes with some of my t-shirts and shirts I believe i must have atleast put on more than 3 inches on my legs for sure in this 2 months span.
Bodyweight before starting DC was 78 and now it is shot to 90 kilos by the end of the first blast.
Strength has improved too
Deads from 275 to 405
Squats form 230 to 315
I wanted to just try how much dumbells i could handle so in my cruising i tried decline dumbell press, before i used to do 85 for 6 reps now I am able to handle 120 for 6 reps. I was thrilled.
Parallel bar Dips from body weight + 35 for 8 reps to 70 pounds for 8 reps
Seated dumbell presses from 60 to 90 for reps etc etc......
Dumbell curls with 70's for reps. Ez-bar curls with 140 pounds and so on......
Now the bad part. I didnot do my cardio as regularly as I should have and also indulged in quite a bit of junk food. :frusty: :sorry: Doug.

Pardon my posing as i don't know really how to pose correctly. This is the first time ever I have been so consistent with my training diet etc. Earlier it was all about party time,lol. People think that I am on some sorta major anabolics and am bluffing about being natural,lol. If this happens in 2 and half months only, wanna see what happens in an years time,lol.
