The shots below were the recent ones.....weighing around 89 kilos at the moment. Fat percentage has gone down too.

Looking very good! With a so good physique, dont you have any contest plan? I know you said that your problem is that you are not consistent, but if you have a specific goal and if WOTW keeps an eye on you, maybe you would!

like Mo said if consistency is a problem then actually setting the goal may keep you on track-that is the ONLY way that works for me,else my eating goes out the door Whats the bb scene like over there? You should consider coming over to the States for an OCB show-they welcome competitors from any country,heck if they think I'm up to it,you certainly are!!
