Whew.....Thurs I did chest and Last night I did Legs.....I will post all that jazz later dont have my workout book with me. Six Flags was fun I actually did the sky flight thing were you and a buddy or 2 are pulled 180ft above ground and are released at the top and fly through the air....OH MY that was awesome. Yes I probably should not have done it but I want to be able to say I did it. The rest of the time I sat around with the younger kids watching them ride rides. They had a blast and were knocked out by the time we hit the interstate which is not that far from the park. Friday is the spinal tap day at 1pm. My mom has decided to fly in to care for me that day and stay the weekend....whoohoo. she said that family should be taking care of me instead of freinds since my husband is away. She said if I get any worse that she will really push for us to move back to SC so I can be with family. Well we will see, I think I will be just fine. It has really cooled off here and the pains are not that bad but they are still bothersome. Especially when I think ahhhhh its going to be a pain free day and then whammm it hits me. So we will see how this all plays out. I am going to try to get a workout in today but I will play it by ear. smiles s I am sooo glad you guys had a great time at Six Flags!!!!! I bet your kids were wiped out...it wipes us big kids out!!!! I am glad you are getting your workouts in!!! I cannot wait to see what you did for legs...you are so INTENSE on your legs...LOVE IT!!!!! ;D I am glad to hear the spinal tap is this Fri. I am also happy to hear that you mom is coming to hep out!!!! I wish I live by you, not thousands of miles away, b/c I'd bring you all dinner!!!! What are you thoughts about the possibility to move back to SC? I hope you have a great rest of the day!!!

Wow, there is so much I want to say, I start to type then erase type, erase, type..... I am truly sorry about your friend but I am concerned about you. I know I don't have the same diagnosis as you, that you are even still waiting on tests to be sure, but if you ever need to talk to someone who has been there, let me know. You sound like a strong person and have a very positive attitude, but don't be afraid to accept all the help that is offered. At first, I took offers of help as a sign that people thought I was weak and pushed them away. It took me a while to realize they wanted to help because they loved me not because they pitied me. Keep all your options open and that move closer to home might not be a bad idea. Hugs

hi ladies please check the prayer request. I gave an update and some prayers that some friends did for her and her family along with pics of her. I just can't stop the tears the hurt I feel right now. I have not hurt like this since 6 years ago and the man that raised me my stepfather died. I have had other friends pass but it didn't hurt me like this. Well I am going to try to sleep a couple hours. I love you WOW people thank you for being so supportive. I truely mean it and appreciate it.

;D Finally got back to the gym after a horrible recovery of the spinal tap grrrrrrrr....Of course since I am petite in size everything in me is petite even my spinal canal per the doctor. They had to stick me twice to finally get into my spinal canal. Ithink that was more painful than giving birth imo. So I did what the doctor said lay down for atleast 24hours and then if I get up and no headach I should be fine well I was one of those people like he told me that dont like to seal up real quick it took me until Friday the 18th to finally feel a little better from the spinal headaches even laying down did not stop them. But finally I feel 100% better except for the tweaked feeling in my lower back from where they poked me. My nerve pain is starting to not be as bad since I guess the meds are finally getting built up in my system. My hubby will be home in one week yeahhhhhhh whoohoo.
Last nights workout
flat db bench 25lbx3x15 incline bb bench 65x10, 75x2x8 seated db shoulder press 20lbsx6,5,4 ss of side laterals and front raises old school way (with plates not dbs ) 10lb ea 3x10 lying rear laterals old school way 10lb eax12 just one back exercise so I did not tweak back even more unilateral pulldowns 30ea 3x12(this was an awesome lat burn....)
did 15min on stairs......
today not sure if I will make it today but we will see.

I am so glad you are ok!!!! I was starting to worry about you!!!!! Let me know when you get the Spinal tap results!!!! Got to the gym yesterday....probably should of went lighter than I did...just could not help my self you know me. Did not get to do my usual leg workout though due to having that darn spinal tap and my lower back still feels like its been tweaked. Legs warm up unitlateral leg ext. 3x10 38lbs 45 degree legpress 1x15 165, 1x10 345, 1x8, 6,4 435 GLHR slow as I could possibley go 3x12 one leg lying presses foot placement just at little in from shoulder stance for quad sweep 3x10 60lbs (these killed me on the last set no rest in between these at all back felt numb when I got up so I went straight home. I know I know Karrie dont say it I should have not done those but damn they felt so good to do. my butt and quads are speaking to me today. Light walk this evening with my girls... 4 more days and HUBBBBBBYYYYYY is home....whoohoo smiles s

;D well I wanted to get in some cardio yesterday but I when I got to the house I sat still for more than 10mins and fell asleep for over 3 hours. .....guess that was my cardio. I know that I am not adding any fat so I am happy with what cardio I can get in right now. my butt is still sore from legs earlier this week that unilateral work freaking fried my behind. So today is back day not sure what I am going to do but we will see. I will add in my tris and abs and calves in between sets to make up for the cardio I missed. Thank goodness I have good genes when it comes to burning cals. Well I am getting so ansty waiting for TUESDAY to come. Hubby says that the excitement on the boat is insane atm. well I will post what I do later.....
