Back day well I can say that it was not my best since the spinal tap.....grrr deads 135x10, 4setx155x5reps ss Trap shrugs 30lb db x3x10 Bentover BB rows 3x50x12 ss tri overhead ext 15lbx15, 2x20lbx15 (not the yates row I usually do so lowered the weight to get the feel of it and still dont like it as much as the yates row) Seated rows slow 3x70x12 ss unilateral rev. grip tri pulldown 3x30x15 Super Tri set no rest in between straight arm pushdowns 3x60x12 double bi cable curls 3x23.5 ea x15 twist crunches 3x15
last set of regular tricep rope pulldowns rest pause 3x60x12
Today is chest day and cardio.....
Hubby cmes home TOMORROW!!!!!!

Haha - cardio craze in the house!! I can't say I blame you.

Okay did not make it to the gym at all yesterday. I ended up working till 500pm and by that time the traffice was horrible bumper to bumper. I have decided to give P/RR/S a try starting monday. I am going to also change up my diet and I will post that I am trying to get more lean to where I feel comfortable.

Man,everybody`s jumping on the P/RR/S bandwagon. I aslways wanted to try it,and Dogcrapp training as well,and also want to go back to trying every bodypart twice weekly for a change .......it`s been many years since I`ve done this. Now I have to decide which one to try this off-season. Good luck with it Sheri.......I`ll be looking in on your journal!!
