;D Thanks guys.....I was so pumped from lifting my body weight on the bench press. My spotter told me that I broke past that mental hang up that I have, so maybe we will up that next week?...We will see.

After thinking long and hard about the upcoming comp in July I have to say I am pushing the date to atleast Sept. With my husband getting deployed a month before comp I really need to focus on my family life. Once he is deployed (3months) I will get back on the hard core cardio and lifting to get ready for the sept comp. He will be back the first week of Sept and so I will have my other half with me the last grulling weeks of cutting. Which I think are the most important. I will continue with some cardio done at my lunches and lifting as usual. I will continue to eat like I am cutting so I can see where I am well before the comp. I want to lean out some so I can see more of my muscles. So new goal is 118 13% BF (which I can stay at since I had a hysterectomy 2.5 years ago. At the moment I am down to 129 and not sure on the bf but I think around 20%. So not far to go yeahhhh and then I wont have to cut so bad for the Sept one if I stay around 118 13%.
I hope everyone understands but my family comes first and when they say they need time I have to cut out the 6xweek 2xday workouts. I think this was the hardest thing for me to decide which is sad but I love competiting and dont want to stop but Sept will be here soon too.
I will post todays workout later.

I respect your decision Lynn..........at times you have to put things into perspective and prioritize......family should always come first.
Also,I think staying on the track to leaning out is another good move.
Keep pumping and you`ll kick some ass in Sept.

Okay I skipped my workout last night and will be taking the week off since I am going on a mini vacation. My mom is graduating from College on Friday and I flying out to see her. So this will be a kind of rest week. I will continue doing cardio at home and out there but no weights. I am proud to say I am down to 128. Boy once I start my system into loosing it just melts off yeahhhh.
Oh I bought a new car on Sunday. I have always had a truck since I was 18. Well on Sunday we were just driving around and the car I have been wanting since it came out was on a close out sale. I got me a silver 2004 Mazda RX8 only 13,000 miles on the car too. I picked it up 4,000 under blue book. (previously working at a dealership really comes in handy when buying a car.) So I traded my truck in for the car. I was going to buy a motorcycle later this year so I could ride with my hubby but he said this is my motorcycle. I said sure I can even drive it in the rain...lol
So I will be back next Wed. to post in my journal.

I totally understand about family coming first! My son is in the Air Force and I know how stressful things are right now for him.
Keep up the good work!

I am back from my trip to SC. Had a great time with friends and family. I so miss my home state but being married to miltary man I knew what I was getting into. Well hubbys boat is leaving extra early. They were supposed to leave June 22 now its been moved to June 5. Grrrrr. So his daughter who is coming to see him will be here June 3 and that only gives her one day with him. Atleast she is 16 and will understand. Well back to super clean diet and exercise. Cardio and chest day to day. I will post workout later.

Missed my chest workout yesterday. Had to go to the doctor again in regards to lymph nodes swelling and being tender. They started me on a new meds. Long story short hopefully they have figured out why they keep swelling. I go for a Brainstem MRI tomorrow I will keep you posted. So with that I will do chest tonight, and cardio at lunch again. smiles s
