Thanks Tiff, I am proud of myself!!! My knees have been holding up great!!!! So, my wo's are going to change due to the fact I am taking a class at my church every Tues evening from 6:30-9:30pm (glad it fell on my day off of work!!!), so my schedule is gonna be changing...Sun-back and bi's as normal; Mon-chest and tri's either at the gym late OR at home since we have everything for those 2 body parts; then Fri legs and shoulders.....But once this class is over in Feb then I will go back to Sun; Tues and Fri. I cannot wait until the kids get a little older to put in fourth day again!!!! So since I am doing chest and tri's on mon I did not work them tonight. Calves, butt and abs: Calves: Raises in donkey machine; 280x10; 290x10; 300x8 Seated calf raises: 165x8x8x8 Butt and abs. No cardio I did that last night...treadmill 25 min. This weekend CRAZY....tomorrow....buy clothes for the kids, try to get to my nephew's soccer game, hike(suppose to be the last nice weekend here). Sun church; my other nephew's one yr old b-day party, wo...then back to old Mon again!!!! Hope everyone has a nice weekend.

This weekend was CRAZY!!!! Just got it all done. The only thing I was unable to get to was my nephew's soccer game BUT we did hang out with my sister-in-law and nephews last night so that was fun.
Today my other nephew's first b-day party.....it was cute!!! He dove into his small birthday cake and made a mess!!!! SOOO glad my kids are a little older....go to parties etc and they leave us alone and go play...we can eat a meal now WHOO HOO!!!
Today...I pulled a muscle in my back yesterday..unsure how...I dance ALOT with the kids..especially to Elvis...we love him....so I am kind of thinking that is probably what I did...soooo I did arms, abs, butt and cardio today
Bi's: EZ bar curls: 50x10x10; 60x8 standing db curls: 35x8x8x6 one arm concentration curls: 10x10x8x8
Tri's: Skull crushers: 50x10x8x6 2 arm tricep over head ext: 35x8; 40x8x5 Tricep machine-I have no idea what it is called just used it today almost like an ext: 2 plates: 8x8x6
Abs, butt and cardio. Tomorrow chest.
Beckie-Glad to hear the reunion was not that bad. Run into anyone who surprised you by how good or not so good they looked?
Tiff-No hike this weekend...kind of bummed but we will do one next weekend.
Serene-Funny you made the calf comment about the mail man....that is ONE of the main things I find attractive about my hubby is AWESOME calves!!!!

Karrie, hope your back is feeling better - and NO BEACH!! !! I don't think I have ever lived more than 1 hr away from one, and as a kid we had a cottage that you walked out the back door, onto the deck and dove in!! The sand is a nuisance but I would highly recommend a family trip to the beach if it is at all possible

The sand is a nuisance but I would highly recommend a family trip to the beach if it is at all possible I know it is a sad existence. Sometimes I get so irritated when friends plan vacations..not at them..but there just is no dinero to get me to a beach..I promise by the time I am 50 I hope to have been there once!!!
