Yesterday chest...today cardio. Flat BB presses: 70x8x8x6 Incline DB presses: 25x8x8x6 Flat DB presses: 25x10; 30x10; 35x8
Last night started my chest wo's at home for the next 6 mths. It is still amazes me how much heavier our weights are then the weights at the gym. I still had a great wo though!!! ;D

Karrie, hope your back is feeling better - and NO BEACH!! !! I don't think I have ever lived more than 1 hr away from one, and as a kid we had a cottage that you walked out the back door, onto the deck and dove in!! The sand is a nuisance but I would highly recommend a family trip to the beach if it is at all possible I know it is a sad existence. Sometimes I get so irritated when friends plan vacations..not at them..but there just is no dinero to get me to a beach..I promise by the time I am 50 I hope to have been there once!!! You can always come here to go to the beach!! I can ride my bike to the beach, it's only7 miles!!!! ;D

Ok - I say we start a "send Karrie to the beach" fund Gotta experience that at least once girly!! It's a fun time with the right people... and it's always relaxing no matter what! Some great workouts there hon, keep up that intensity! Sounds like working out from home is going pretty good!! I'm SO impressed with your discipline!! I wouldn't be training very well from home You've got a HUGE step up on me with that one! ~bows down~ (sorry I don't know all the fun smiley stuff like everyone else haha) Keep working hard!! ~C

nice strong chest w/o Karrie! Thanks Beckie....I am gonna need to get to the gym for that third day while taking this class. I just do not feel I am getting in a good enough wo!!!! In March I can go back to my normal routine....I know it is ALL mental!!!! BTW how are things going with your mom???

Sapph...do not tempt me about coming to your house for the weekend to go to the beach...you might come home from work on a Friday evening and there I am!!!!! LOL!!!!! #bbeach3nu#

Seriously...I would like to plan a trip this next summer...if the dinero is there we'll go...if not put off another year!!!! ;D

Karrie,Mum is seeing an orthopedic specialist on the 3rd,he specialises in shoulders so it will be ionteresting to hear what he has to say. She had to go back on the anti inflammatories though because it was getting very sore later in the day.

Beckie, Glad mom is seeing an orthopaedic doc. The anti-flammatories should really help her!! Tiff, You are right..I wil get to the beach when I get there..it is not like it is going anywhere!!!LOL!!! Many people have never been on a hike!!! ;D Tonight...I CANNOT WAIT TO WO..LEGS, SHOULDERS, BUTT, CALVES AND ABS!!!!! WHOO HOO!!!!!

I posted this last night and I must not have hit the post button...who knows!!!! Last night...legs, shoulders, calves and butt.
Legs: I did a little something different. Supersets leg ext with walking lunges: Legs ext 80/walking bb lunges 50 for three sets of ten each. Supersets leg curls with SLD's: leg curls: 70/sld with BB 95: for three sets of ten of each!!!
Shoulders: arnold pss: 25lb dbs: 8x8x8 side laterals: 22.5lb db's: 8x8-last set a drop set 22.5x8; 17.5x7; 12.5x6 front lateral raises: 20x8x8x8 rear delts: 15x8x8x6
Calves: 590x8x8x8 205x8x8x6
butt and cardio for 20 min.
HAD AN AWESOME WO!!! TODAY LEGS ARE VERY SORE!!!! LOVE IT!!!!

Today-chest, back and abs: Chest: Flat bench press: 90x8x8x6-no spot so I could not go up to 100 Incline bench press: 35lb db's: 8x8x6 Incline peck deck: 4 plates: 8x8x8 Back: Low pulley rows: 90x10; 100x8; 110x8 Pull overs: 50x8x8x8-first time doing these and I thought I'd be stronger...done on the machine WG pull downs: 90x8; 100x8; 110x6 ABS-no cardio tonight my legs are still KILLING ME from Fri...AWESOME!!!!

Gotta love pushing the legs! They are such buggers to train. Its like they have to take a beating before they change! You are doing awesome, way to push! lol....jelly legs <--- I love it!

My legs are still pretty sore still from Friday and my chest is very sore too!!! Last night I went to the gym as opposed to working out at home and I think that is gonna be the schedule until I am done with this class in March. Bi's: BB curls: 60x8x8x6 hammer curls: 40lb db's: 8x6x6 concentration curls: 15lb db's: 8x6x6-I LOVE these my arms get VERY pumped and the veins bulge!!!! COOL!!! Tri's: CG presses: 70x8x8x8 two arm db extension:40lb db: 8x6x6 Tri machine-not sure of the name it is a cross between and over head ext. and a sitting up skull crusher: 8xx6x6 Cardio: Split up between treadmill and elliptical!!! Not having a good day....the kids are a HUGE handful today ...just popped 800mg of ibuprofen...they are now napping...mommy time.

Way the pro's vs the con's and see if the benefits are going to be worth the surgery!!!!! Unfortunately, is that gonna make more work for you if she has surgery?

In the short term,yes,but in the long term probably not as Dad and I do a fair bit anyway...the competition season finishes soon so I'll be much freer in 3 weeks,Phew! I have a bIG list of questions for the surgeon...I am the QUEEN of questions!! LOL
