Should have said something - I tried to cut it short b/c Christy was saying things about her kids in kids klub. I could have done more chest/back/legs... darn!! Oh well - now we know not to let you have all those things in one day hehe I'll be up to work in a little bit - gotta get some stuff done around the house first. ~C

I know...I just wanted to do more, but I was thinking you all were in a rush to go.... oh well. And I can handle my juice thank you~ About the diet effecting my wo...I dont think its a matter of carbs.... just my body adjusting. But thanks.....I dont even know if it will work, but its worth a shot.

For having to work on Saturday morining...I had a friggin badass workout! The Bean is happy
Ok, Chrystal was teaching me the basics of cleans!! Wow those are hard for me to get. Practiced those for 40-45 mins....omg talk about embarassing. I was sweating and shaking from just the bar! I cant wait to get the form down.....just gotta keep at it and swallow my pride...lol.
Ok...then Leg sled regular stance +270#X12 +315#X10 +360#X15 (had a little encouragement...lol) Shoulder lat to horz raise 15# X8 12#X10 X10 Stiff leg deads 115#X12 175#X10 175X6 (form was off droped mid set and finished with).. 115X6.... bugger Hanging bi curl BB 40# X15 50# X10 X10 Laying ham curl with DB 35#X15 45# X12 50X8... <---- oh owww oh yeah
I feel soooo much better. We are more on track normally....this was an all out just do it day. But it felt great, did a good push, and will hit it hard come Monday!

ROFL - you had me on the floor yelling at you!! Gotta love that encouragement!! Awesome wo today - glad we got a chance to get some lifts in and really push where we weren't able to yesterday. We both need to take measurements and pic's again... I'm afraid to do this right now b/c I've gotten alot bigger since my comp but I think it'd do you really good. I wasn't kidding when I said your arms are leaning out a bit. Keep up the great work!! Remember Keith said you can have fish if ya want.... don't let the chicken/rice combo burn ya out ~C

~C , Pics? eeeek!!!!! And measurements? Damn. lol. I am glad there is some change....just not where I want it. Figures.....its like I know I must be changing....I have been changing...its just so backwards to what I think it should be. I wont get burned out for a while yet, I can eat pretty much the same think as long as I can add a dif flavor....I am exciting like thet. Again, thanks for being such a great teacher/motivator/ friend. Beckie! The naturals here in washington. If not...I will find another close to the date. I just hope she goes in open...and I go in novice...she will kick my ass..lol.

Thanks ladies, you are too kind! I am just fortunate to have someone with the same goal in mind and the drive to actually do it....and thats rare! Did a quick wo today with the hubs....he needed it. Tried the cleans again....just the begining part.....sucked....stoped until my form can be monitored! lol. Horizontal calf 6 plates X15 reg X15 in X15 out X15 in Cable bi curls 30# X15 40#X12 50# X8 Eric spotted Leg sled, feet high and out 8 plates X15 12 plates X10 X15 Hammer curls 25# X10 X10 30# X 6 + 4 negitives 5 min eliptical....went shopping....and packed meals for a few days! Ohhh the life! Chest tomorrow...and hopefully back on track! Provided all goes as planned at work...ummm yeah, right!

Owwww.... ok its 2 am here, and I cant sleep. Hurt my trap again. Its on the left side, and it hurts down the shoulder blade and all up my neck...will go down the back a bit too. ARGH! You never realize how much you use that crap till it hurts. I am pissed. I had even done shrugs again ( which I think are the culprit) but this time I think I pulled/ tweaked it..... iced it.....woke up in pain! What do you do but wait for it to heal?
Sorry to complain..just annoying and hurts. blah!
