Ahhh to hell with it work out! (by that I mean I worked *gasp* my bis again and legs *double gasp*)
But it helped me de stress........

Calf on leg press 8 plates X15 in X15 out X15 reg (2)
DB Salutes 20# X15 25#X10 X8
Seated calf 45#+35# X 15 in X15 out X15 reg(2)
Cable bi curls 40# X12 50# X6 40# X12 (got some odd looks....I was wearing a head set and was prolly breathing hard..lmao)
Back extensions
20 min on eliptical and some stretching....I feel better now.

Hey girl Glad one of us got a chance to head to the gym today!! Sounds like you had a good workout and looks like you touched on a bit of everything. How's the traps feeling?? I'm glad that you and Eric can spend that time together, even as sporatic as it is. It's "you" time and that's VERY important. I don't think it's odd that there are times when you two won't talk - sometimes there's more "togetherness" when there's nothing that needs to be said and there's nothing "uncomfortable" about the silence. Sucks about the fighting in the other room Can't really get around it unfortunately but you deal alot better than so many I know!! Well I'll chat with you tomorrow girlfriend. Loverly early am clients!! WOO HOO. Not to mention wizzle boy will be back!! Double YEAH ~barf~ See ya in the am ~C

lol...sooo true! Well got an mp3 player..lol. My boss gave it to me and I just learned how to get a CD on it...so I am stoked! Go me! Was going to drive up and cardio....but that inspiration faded as fast as it came on...lol.

Warning....do not read if offended easy....So my dear hubs tells me that he couldn't sleep last night...... and apparently.....much to my embarassment......I riped a good one and proceeded to snore real loud. What a damn charmer I am. Gawd...sometimes I think Id rather not know.... Other than that.... ate waaaay too much broccoli.....gack! Now I sit here....engorged.....awaiting another eventful evening..... ahhhh love...marriage...and body building.....lol.

Offended? I have two boys, bb myself and have a bf who bbs. I dont think a day goes by when my nose hairs dont curl ;D Awesome workout and still strong, even with a sore shoulder. Hope it feels better soon.

Karrie~ Hey thanks. The trap is mucho better! I can turn my head now!!! lol..little things we take for granted!!! Tomorrow is our 3rd year aniversary! Wow that went fast!! It feels great! Ahhhh...mush mush love and fluf!!! Went to dinner with the whole inlaw family like a good girl....ate bread!!! OMG.....well maybe then I will lift well come tomorrow. Took the day off from lifting......my legs didnt feel strong any how...and I am wondering why. Like they are heavy....I am thinking its the diet. But what can you do. I just know I am going to be bloated tomorrow and regret it....but I was damn hungry and they took forever...damn Yacht culb nonsense.....life goes on......blah. .......that and I am 23 in 4 more days... eeek!!! Like how in the hell is this happening? Anyhow.....sorry this isnt bb related. Just babble. But tomorrow ought to be better. 20 min cardio in the am 10 bike +10 stepmill
