Felt kinda light headed today...felt kinda like I was in a funk. I dont know if the weather is getting to me, or if I am just so damn depressed with how I look right now. I mean I feel gross, sloppy, ugly, and am making my self miserable getting consumed in image. And that makes me mad too...that I cant seem to break off from it.
So......I know I need change again. Gonna do am fasted cardio. Change up the diet.... and I am going to drop some weight.....preferablt fat...and then add on more lean mass.
But current goal...get this bf lower.
And got my blood pressure taken.....is 99/63 ok?

On a more positive note....lol. I just caught a mouse in my bathroom. lol......I saw it race across the floor...and I thought to myslef "This is war you little monster!!!" I had a towel and was cracking it at it around the back of the toilet....Things we crashing and the hubs (concerned) comes to the door "Are you ok in there sweetie?" ;D I can only imagine how it sounded from the living room..hahaha! Ends up I flick the little bugger in the air and shreek like a sissy....lmao.... ended up I got it in the towel and flung it into the woods.... all in a days work, but talk about cardio...phew. And I am missing my cat.

First off, very good wo!!! I do understand being irritated with just feeling gross and all! I also understand being depressed about your body!! I just went through that only for different reasons! One thing that helped me get through is recognize what I needed to change to get me out of the depression. Then just do it! I think if the goal is to lower you BF do that!!! Set the goal...write everything down and do it!!! Very easy to say but I did just deal with this depression junk and it helped me to set a new goal and execute it!!! I was cracking up about the mouse!!! I would loved to have been a fly on the wall for that one! I am sorry you are missing you cat!! HUGS!!!!

My BP is 100/60 and thats just fine!! they call it 'optimal' in the medical field-just goes to show that being fit and healthy has its pay-offs Have an aWESOME weekend!!!

Good to know that I am not a freak of nature *cough*
Long ass day....week that is. Switching up every thing...and I am adjusting.

Chrystal has the wo...I got tired of recording it all.
I will be back on it in a while...just need a break, and all I want to do is lift.

Thanks for thinking of me. I have been doing well in the wo dept. Just needed a break from all the dang numbers..lol. Change of diet: 30g pro each meal.....30g carb (yam/oat bran) for the first 3 meals and for the last 3 swap the starchy carb for veggies, and the pro goes more along the lines of fatty fish. I am adding wheat germ and flax back in. Sans Saturday....the cals are more in the 1400-1600 range. More suited to my frame. This feels better. I am getting in good fats...and I dont have to eat rice anymore. lol....and I love fish so life is grand! Also started that am fasted cardio...its going well. I am crabby, but its not so bad. Sprained my ankle at our staff party playing V ball....continued to play and then tennis, thinking it wasnt that bad...... until I stoped moving it that is. Today is swollen and bruised. My bad......a high pain threshold isnt allways a good thing. But I did have fun, so I dont care. But I am getting anxious...will I be able to wo....should I I guess I will make that decision in the am. Argh! But its going well. I am just ready to get leaner......its driving me nuts! One day at a time! Thanks for the support ladies!

Your eating plan sounds great-just like an early precontest diet! I'm sure you'll do fine on it Just make sure you ice that ankle!

Your diet and workouts will come along...bur rest that ankle! Working through an injury is tricky. BUT...don't slow down...just keep hittin' it 24/7! Remember ...this is a lifestyle we CHOSE!

Hey ladies...and mr beefy ...lmao I love the name.
Sorry I am being such a bad poster. You see I have another journal...and posted some thoughts in there, and offended some people I happen to know in real life. So I am bugged that I can even write down my thoughts in there any more. So I am here more I think. I just hate having to censor what i say.
Life has been busy...keeping my head on tight and doing my best with the work outs.
I am now used to the am cardio. I rather like it actually....gets it out of the way. And its a challenge.
Did back today, and i promise I will start to write the work outs down....just needed a break.
Oh that blasted ankle is fine now...still a bit tender, but not swollen and ugly.
