WOW 50lbs curls, awesome!!! I can't wait to do some more painting around here, it is so frustrating being home but not being able to do anything. I wish I could just wiggle my nose and it would all be done ;D Looks like you have a killer leg work out planned - have fun!!!

Well Darlin this is just awesome! Are you carb cycling and if so what does it look like? just curious? No Hoops not really. But on WO days I have 60 grams of carbs PWO. I am not as strict as that yet, I had a piece of chocolate bday cake yesterday. OMG it was sooo good. ;D

awesome workouts Miss S! I LOVE those side lunges they really give a good stretch to those 'wobbly' bits I've managed to drop half an inch off my hips and waist alone so far MEGA happy!!! Don't get me started on chocky cake-I might just end up making one

Its all your fault-after reading your chocolate cake thread,I went and made one It is now sitting downstairs staring at me legs today for me_I'm trying the Scivation Xtend pre workout and so far its good-and it tastes nice

I bet you had a GREAT wo and you are gonna be SORE tomorrow!!!! I have never done side lunges BUT I have read they are really good to do!!!! BTW---tell me about this butt blaster....is it like kick backs you do on the cable cross over machine for butt??? I am really working on the butt....describe...if you do not mind!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

Must have been something in the air, this weekend I had my family over to celebrate 4 birthdays. For dessert I made chocolate cupcakes and had chocolate and vanilla icing and all sorts of goodies for toppings (everyone got to make their own), I had 2 , and they were so good ;D

Meal 1- 7 am
oatmeal/protein shake
Meal 2-10 am
oatmeal/tuna
Meal 3- 1:30 pm
egg whites/10 almonds
Meal 4 - 4:30
protein shake/10 almonds
LEG WORKOUT
30 minutes cardio
Meal 5 post wo 7:00 pm
ricecakes/lean beef/spinach
Meal 6 10:00 pm
protein shake

150 grams of protein for me Beckie everyday. 100 grams carbs on training days, 65 on non training days, 21 grams of fat.
It's in the NPA. I am nervous. ;D
