HI!! Been busy BUT sticking with the diet. Doing well, hungry sometimes, but I will live. I have lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks. I think I look the same though. 14 weeks to go... still some time. Still doing P//RR/S Tiff! I am heading to gym now... but I will document my macros, supps and cardio for this upcoming week when I get home. Today is shoulders, bis and abs. Rep Range, my fav!!! here is a progress pic for the girls

Thanks Beckie! Yup I have built up some... now it's time to cut some. I will post a pic each week. My girls will prob get alot smaller since I no have implants. Oh well!! ;D

At least you got some "girls" to work with . When I am able to trim down for a comp I will be flat as a board, good thing I wont need a bra as it is hard enough now to find one wide enough for my back yet small enough for my front ;D Hope you have an awesome work out and can't wait to see how you progress week by week.

Your "girls" will be fine.....us minus A girls are in SERIOUS trouble if we diet for a show...LOL!!!!! You have put some muslce on in your legs...definately!!! I am excited to see in the coming weeks what your arms, shoulders and back is gonna look like!!! Figure is going to be a PERFECT fit for you!!!!!

Great wo yesterday! Shoulders and bis. Doing more intense cardio too. I got my period today, blah. HATE doing leg presses at this time of the month. I also bought a good scale. I need to monitor my weight week to week to report to Eric. ;D

Well hungry I am.... actually I bought a new better scale and I weigh more than I thought I did, 138!! WOW! I am HUGE!! LOL! I will have to weigh myself first thing in am to get an accurate reading.
