Your numbers are really getting up there. Greg is having me back off so that I can put more emphasis on my form.
You seem to be going a LOT heavier. Why the big jump? Did Greg have you do that, or did you just bump it up yourself?

Beckie and Frank, I swear I am alive! Training has been a little scattered due to the Holiday's and work has been CRAZY! But today I am back on track! Today: 1)Box Squats-use only 90-100lbs(pause on box, then EXPLODE up as fast as you can)**8 sets of 3 reps 2)Heavy Bench(can be Flat, or incline, barbell or Db's-you pick)-working up to 3,2,1 3)Stiff Leg Deadlift-3 sets of 8 reps ***then, pick one assistance exercise for each lift-4 sets of 8 reps each** ABS and cardio. Will post wo tomorrow!

We figured out my hips are the main source of my form issues. Hips are just so darn weak, but we are getting to work on that! Yes, barring no illness I will be there next sat!

I have decided NOT do compete in the meet coming up in March. My kids have been sick with the REAL flu-cough, body aches etc Dylan one week and Alexa the following week so I was WIPED out and missed a bit of training so that put me behind. My trainer and Frank were offering encouragement to push on but I just simply do not FEEL ready so I am going to hold off. This next month working on form and doing basic BB workouts. Feels kind of good to switch it up a bit. Leg press: 270-10x8x8 Hack squat: 90-8x6, last one had to drop down to 50 for 5 KNEES were hurting me SL dead lifts: 80-10x10x8
Arms: super set standing db curls and skull crushers: db curls 25 10x10x10;skull crushers 50-10x10x10 super set two arm cable curls and push downs: cable curls 30-10x8x8; push downs 45x10x8x8
Abs and cardio I am in the process of dieting, lost about 5 lbs already. Cut calories and doing about 45 min of cardio 4 days a week to start with so far working good!
