I have not worked out all week as I have been ill all week. I am feeling better today so I am going to work out tomorrow. Get it on !! Glad you`re feeling better Karrie!! I am feeling better and I had a KICK butt wo on Friday!!! Thanks Tim! Friday Dec 12th. I was finally feeling better! I did back and biceps. Rack pulls: I warmed up did three sets of three and then pulled for one rep going up in weight with each set until I missed. I had a personal best. For my last set I pulled 260!!!!Db rows: 25x10; 30x10; 35x8 Bi’s: BB curls with EZ bar: 45x10; 50x8x8 Hammer curls: 25x10; 30x10; 35x8 Seated DB curls: 25x8x8x6 Concentration curls: 15x6x6x6 Last night cardio. That would be a NO!!!! I put on weight over the winter to put on muscle so it would not be pretty to put up pics with cellulite showing on the legs! I will start my cut up diet Feb first to get ready for the summer. Last night legs: I have never used a smith machine since the one at Tough Bodies was really old and the bar was really thick...not real user friendly so last night at the new gym I used a REAL smith machine for squats: Smith machine squats: two warm ups then: 75x10x8; and then 90x6...unsure what the weight of the bar so I am sure the totals are more. Leg press on the machine: 160x10; 170x8x8. Since I have not done squats in about 6-7 months. Shoulders: Arnold presses: 20x10; 25x8x8 side laterals: 20x10x8; last set, a drop set: 20x10; 15x8; 10x6 front lat raises: 20x8x8x8 rear delts: 15x8x6x6 Calves, presses and raises 20 min cardio.

Put on some long sweats.....just want to see that heavy deadlift in action!
PS.....I normally don't count bar weight in a smith machine...anyone else?

I did shoulders on Sunday. I messed my knee up....walked into a wall amd banged it up good so no leg wo on Sunday. Arms tomorrow and cardio today and tomorrow.

I try to keep it at a pound to a pound and a half a week so I do not lose muscle. Incline flies: 20lb dbx10; 25lb db x8x6 Tri's: Close grip bench: 50x10; 55x8; 60x5 Push downs:90x8; 100x8x6 Dips: 6x5x5 Wed 02/18/2009 Back and bi's: Rack pulls with pin at knee: Warmed up did 5 reps then 2-3 reps 185x5, 205x3; 215x2 DB rows: 35x8x8x6 Lat pull downs: 90x10; 95x8x6 Bi's: bb curls with ex bar: 45x10; 50x8x6 Hammer db curls: 35x8x8; 40x5 seated db curls: 20x8x8x6 Cardio 25min recumbent bike

30 min bike. Lost another pound this week, weight 122.2

She's alive! Good workouts, Karrie! I am ALIVE and KICKIN'!! ;D I had a pretty good wo last night. The gym was PACKED....I mean PACKED! Every single bench, machine and cardio equipment was in use....no exaggeration. I was able to work in with some people to get chest done and then it started clearing out. Incline db press: 25lb db'sx10; 30x8; 35x5 Flat db press: 25x8x8x6 Incline db flies: 20x10; 25x8x6 Tri's: CG press: 55x10x8; 60x6 Db two arm over head ext: 35x8; 40x6x5 Dips: three sets of 6 Abs....no cardio as they were all full. Did cardio this morning 20min on bike. Tomorrow-back and bi's and hopefully cardio.
