It`s been like 22 degrees below zero here in upstate NY for the last two nights now.My car wouldn`t start, so I got a jump from a friend yesterday .Same thing today .I live so far out of town ,that I might have to miss training delts and triceps today as a result. The gym I train at closes at 12 Noon.I`d train somewhere else, but it`s one of two college campus gym`s in town.I know I`m not going to shrink away but this pisses me off to no end.Hopefully I can getr to the other gym in time as they close a little later than this one. This place sucks!

I have always hated cold. Always did, always will. Hot is uncomfortable, cold HURTS. We seldom ever get below zero here. We consider teens bad. I have always said I was born in the wrong climate.

When I lived in Florida for 4 years ,and was headed back to Massachusettes in the winter of 1997, by the time I hit Maryland it was 60 degrees, and I was freezing .I wish I had that 60 degrees right now ,I would not complain a bit.Last year it got to 36 below zero with the wind chill factor being taken into account.Which way to the beach? ;D BBBRRRRR!!

Thought it was freezing here at 6 degrees this morning! If this keeps up, Tim, you will become a human icicle! Hope not. Hate extreme cold. Now we wait for snow supposed to be coming Monday or Tuesday. Yuck.

Damn that's cold Tim. I did a cold weather package with the Marines in '83-'84. We trained in three locations, the last being Norway, near Tromso. I must have been lucky, because I know we never hit temperatures that low.

Yeah Bob,I had a good friend in the Corp ,who did a cruise and hit Norway. He was in "Weapons Compay". I`m originally from Massachusettes, so I`m no stranger to harsh winter`s, but this is simply insane.I wouldn`t be here if I didn`t get married to a great girl. Now all I have to do is convince her to move to Florida with me.If not, I`m doomed to become that human icicle Gerry mentioned. ;D Mike, your buddy couldn`t be from Mass.,nobody trains wimpy in Mass.

Got a bit of a break, actually was 40 last two days. Supposed to drop to teens overnight with possible snow and wind chills around zero. Here we go again!
