Do you guy`s always stay on point ,or do you skip meals and workouts a lot? Also, do you give every training session all you`ve got? I try not to miss any schedulede training days, or meals. I always attack my training according to my energy levels that day,but I always stay intense.I missed a workout yesterday, and I almost died! This is the first scheduled day I`ve missed in a long ,long time.I know it`s really no biggie, but I always felt like if I screw around there is always someone else training his ass off.I guess I gotta get a life! ;D It`s just that I`m the type of guy that has to stay focused all the time or I could drop the ball at the goal line.Plus I like a well structured routine.

I never miss a scheduled workout. My equipment is in the garage below my house and it stays 68ยบ year round. I have no excuse (excuse=skin of a reason stuffed with a lie) not to be there. I could be much better on my diet though. I make sure I get the protien, but I do miss other things I need to have from time to time. The only thing green I like(green beans, peas and the like gag me) is cabbage or lettuce. I have always eaten red meat (trimmed of any sign of fat), white fish, tuna, pork chops (butterfly and again trimmed of any fat) and potatoes. I can eat raw potatos for snacks at night watching TV. The wife thinks I'm nuts. OH...and nuts. I like most all kinds of nuts. Prefer almonds, cashews and pistashios (sp?). What do you do with a guy with that kind of eating habits Tim?

Hey Mike that`s not a bad diet really! Sounds like you`re doing OK,actually. Salads are great, as is cabbage. As far as red meat goes, I eat as much as I can if it`s not before a contest.I don`t think eating lean red meat is all that bad for you at all, contrary to what some people say. These same people, would have you eating like a rabbit if they had their way.

I rarely miss meals and never miss workouts, i dont have an excuse to. I work inside a gym so if i do miss a workout it would be because i am straight lazy. Not going to happen

I don't miss scheduled workouts. I get up at 0430 at least five days a week for that purpose.
I do change my schedules fairly often to fit my condition at that time and work situation.
I'm currently paying very little attention to diet.

I'm as consistent now as I've ever been, and I'm still deciding whether to compete in April. When competing, I'm 98% perfect with diet and training...it's this damn rugby thing that keeps getting in the way.
