Cindy,Joel,Beckie,YB,and Steve, thanks for the kind comments and support,it is much appreciated as always.
YB,I wasn`t quite as hard as in the 2001 avatar pic,but pretty damn close, with way better legs/leg seperation, which created a much improved balance between my upper and lower body.
In 2001 I weighed around 153 in the avatar pic, compared to about 165-167 on Saturday, with close to the same conditioning but not quite as hard, which in my mind alnog with the above mentioned improvements, constitutes a better physique.
The only time I ever did a diuretic was back in 1995 for the Southern States...........this time I drank well over 2 gallons of water, the most I ever drank before a show, stopped all fluid intake around 9:15 PM,and on the advice of Eric Brugh, carbed up a bit on Wed,with the biggest carb up day being on Thurs.,followed by far less carbs on Fri.,due to me being carb sensitive......worked great IMO,and I ate very light for the last 2 weeks or so which kept my waistline down to nothing.

Thanks for the constant support throughout my prep Randy,it means a lot to have the feedback and encouragement as you know from your past contest earlier this year.
Without you guys, and my best friend back home, who`s prepping for this weekends North America,I would literally have no support team at all, which really makes things much harder.........a lonely sport with support, but without it,makes it really difficult to maintain a positive attitude at times.

Thanks Kerrie...I`m way behind on the board myself.
I just hope any pics online do me justice as I always look terible in the pics ............they never do my conditioning justice, and I was ripped nicely for this one.

Thanks everybody. I really needed this after my poor showing 3 weeks ago. I was starting to wonder if I still had what it takes. Hopefully next year will be just as good. Time to eat now. How does that food taste Tim? I gained 22 pounds already. I guess I better slow down.
Tim looked great by the way. Alot better then last year. Good job!!!
