What does your kitchen look like at night? Let me give you a visual of mine. Its NUTS!!! Its between 9-11 and I'm just rolling in. Jen is there already cooking for tonight and the next day. I jump in and get my hands dirty. We have the grill going. The oven is on full blast. Two to three stove top burners are going. The dog is under our feet as we dodge one n other like bumper cars. There are at least three cutting boards out. We cunningly share the food scale. I help Jen with all her ratio's for the next day. Ohhhh. the chicken and steak on the grill must be done. You grab that while I finish blending up our protein pancake mix so that we have breakfast all set for the morning. I will defrost some veggies in the microwave while you cook tonights on the stove. Tupperware is flying everywhere. ohhh almost forgot to feed the dog. You take a shower first I will watch the boiling rice or sweet potato's. Okay. Ill take a shower now you try to finish up. The dishes have been done 3 times by now. 3 full sinks!!!! Nuts!! Finally sit down to eat dinner at about 10:30/ 11:00. Then we get to hit the hay. This is what it is like in my kitchen every night. Normal people would think we are completely NUTS!!!!! Are we?? Maybe..

Excellent Topic Randy! First: YES we are NUTS. Second: I dont want to still the spot light ;D but can you imagine what does it look like when you prepare all your meals for the week (Monday to Friday) on ONE NIGHT! I Call that the scary Sunday night (Le dimanche de Mongole) ;D
- 20 chicken breasts on the oven
- Rice, potatos, fish and red meat are on the top buners
- We prepare veggies, salads and fruits
And we finally do the dishes for 2 hours ;D in a 40 celcius degrees appartment… result of using the oven for soooo long
Isn't fun to be a bodybuilder?

Well- I can't compare to you heavy-hitters (soon to come though!). BUT- here are the highlights of my kitchen scene:
1. 2 cats, 1 dog, and one child under my feet. 2. Crock pot or barbeque going with chicken 3. Rice cooker going full blast 4. Protien shake bottles, dirty tupperware, etc stacked in the dishwasher waiting to be run. 5. All my supplement bottles/containers jammed into the corner to make room for all the prep.
We ARE a crazy bunch but good guys nonethless!! ha

heh heh heh
Chicken Breasts on one rack, brown rice on another in the oven, bread machine going (organic whole wheat), red potatoes in the microwave, exhaust fans going full blast, two cats demanding attention, expresso machine pumping, then , after I clean up everything, put a pot roast in to marinade, it will go in the slow roaster before I leave for work in the am!

Brock An other one on the "Yes i'm crazy" list ;D In the same idea: Last week end i saw a televison show with Hugo Girard the 2002 World Strongest Man and when he was asked how his mother reacted when at 12 years old he told her that he wanted to become the World strongest man… he said: She started to cook! ;D Mo
