Has anyone watched these? I have most of Skip Lacour's videos & really enjoyed them, but just curious as to how Jeff's are? Is his form relatively loose, like Skip's? Any info would be appreciated!

i would imagine that they are basically the same. I wonder if Willet smacks himself (like Lacour does) before every set?
