Ken, I for one have never had to use Glucosomine or Chondroitin for joints YET,thank God! When I feel my left shoulder starting to act up, as it sometimes does,I just back off on the poundage and switch exercises. When I feel better, I put back in movements like presses and benches again, and they build right back up.During this time I may do drop-sets, tri-sets, etc. but using light weights, so I don`t wreck my shoulder. I don`t have it handy ,but Youngblood posted a really good link to a site on Rotator Cuff exercises.PM him, and they might help you out a bit if that`s the problem.Good luck bro, train hard, but train safe!!

Hey Ken, I take Beverly's Joint Care and it seems to help. I go off it for 2 weeks when I finish a bottle and I feel the stiffness and pain coming back. I've had trouble with elbow, knee, shoulder, and lower back (the ankles and wrists are fine). I am doing presses behind the neck again after getting the book "The 7-minute Rotator Cuff Solution" from Health for Life. The exercises they recommend really helped me.

Hey thanks for all the replys gang. I will try the Glucosomine/Chondroitin. I'm wondering in Beverly's "Joint Care" isn't the same thing - I'll check it out.
