Just by curiosity, what is your favorite exercise? Not the most important or the hardest exercise, but the one you very like to perform! You feel your muscles while doing it, you are particulary strong at it or you just dont know why, but you can't remove it from your training program!
Here is my top 3
1) Alternate dumbel curl (I can lift relatively heavy)
2) Incline dumbel press (The pump is easy on that exercise)
3) Deadlift (I like to be affraid by the charge)
What's yours?

My favorite exercises have got to be 1)Squats 2)Weighted chest dips 3)Seated rows (all kinds)
You asked for one exereise Mo, but i got carried away ;D To be honest theres so many more exercises i love, but these are highest on the list.
And for a shock exercise i just love doin db lat raise supersetted with bradford presses

I think I agree. Though when I'm in a groove, I think almost any chest movement will get me to cream my pants as well... ;D

Deadlift i agree… Squats and back rows… are in my top 10 But i hate every kinds of dips! ;D it breaks my clavicles, tears my chest muscles and dislocate my wrists! BAN DIPS!!!! someone else?

I also LOVE incline DB curls with perfect form. That pain where your bicep feels as though it is going to burst out from under the skin and hit the mirror in front is my favorite!!!!!!! Oh, how I love PAIN!!!!

Agreed Randy… it's all about perfect form… especially with this exercise!
LOVE the pain too...

Nothing fancy here… I understand why 1400total is an hardcore lifter!
