the board looks great as usual...just thought i would pop over and say hi and to let you know i am still around just been majorly busy with work and helping to prep a few guys for shows....

Hi Gerry great to hear from you..
yes prepping can be very time consuming and this yr i am doing it all Naturally due to me and the wife wanting another child....
I am coming over to the states in Jan first to Houston in Texas then to New York for a few days.....after this trip i will be starting the long road to competition..
