Former Master`s Mr. Olympia winner Sonny Schmidt has passed away.RIP Sonny.I saw this posted on another board.

Sonny Schmidt, passed away this morning 25/01/04 at home with His Family. He was very ill and had returned home on Thusday. His Mum, Son, Brothers and loved ones were by His side. It is a sad day for anyone who met Sonny, He was much loved and will be sadly missed. He died a free man and had a become a devout Christian. Please pray for the soul of the great man. The King is dead!

I had a feeling things were really bad when Sue Marshall replied to the Email I had sent for Sonny when you first gave us the news he was ill TJ.

Cancer is a horrible way to die, his pain is over and may he rest in peace.

As a Christian, Sonny is enjoying the day. Prayers to the family. The ones left behind are the ones that need our prayers.
