i am travelling over to the states in Jan(Houston & New York) and i am looking to get some Gaspari supps as well as a supp called X factor just wondered what your thoughts where on these supps.

Never heard of the X Factor one, and never used Gaspari's.
Sorry. Get back to us and let us know how they are if you do end up getting them/some.

to be honest i am looking for some decent supps whilst in texas as over in the uk we are very limited...lol

X factor is supplemental arachadonic acid. Reports from people using this seem to be pretty positive. I however, have not used it, so I can't give an opinion from personal experience. As for the Gaspari products, I think there are better companies out there.
