So. Whats the plan for new years weekend???
Jen and I are heading to North Conway NH to stay at a bed and breakfast, do some skiing, have a romantic dinner at an increadible restraunt. We will be attending first night activities there which are very different from the big city type. They drop a ball like most places, but its a much smaller version. We will ice skate in the park on new years eve while the fire department does the burning of the tree's. ( people give up their Xmas tree's to the fire dept. so that they can have a huge bon fire) its pretty cool. Should be a blast. We love it up there.

I've played on New Years Eve for the last 12 straight years. Being a musician, that's a gig that everyone wants to play since it's supposed to pay big $$$. However, I've never gotten that great of $ for it, and I don't need the money. So those two factors along with being so jaded and bitter for playing on "amatuer night," I just hell with it. I'll be home searching the net for some good New Years drunk slut appearing on a porn site! ;D ;D

I'll probably be in bed moaning about the noise of fireworks going off ;D Theres some good stuff going on for the members of this forum next year. Weddings, contests and goal smashing Wishing you all the best for new years, and i hope EVERYBODY has a brilliant 2006

Rubicon, that sounds like a perfect night! I'm spending the night at home with the family, and we'll watch the ball drop and have some wine, and then who knows wink wink nudge nudge

Lots of hikking on the search for half frozen waterfalls. We took some great photo's of them. No skiing. Conditions were not so good. We had a great 4 hour dinner... 4 HOURS!!! We went snow tubbing. What a BLAST!!! We took a Snow Coach up to the tree line of mount Washinton. Increadible views...
