It`s been a bit slow around here lately.I am almost completely out of ideas for topics to discuss,so if you guy`s feel like discussing anything, don`t hesitate to post it up.(except drugs please,there are enough drug boards out there) I put up most of these topics from the beginning, and I always try to look on the web for interesting things to add to the board, but it`s been slow in the bodybuilding /lifting world everywhere, I guess. Any help you guy`s can give will be greatly apporeciated! I want to keep the board interesting for us all, and I really appreciate you guy`s hanging in there with me.Thanks, Tim

I get a hell of a lot out of this site Tim. Your doing a bang up job IMNSHO. As you know I was going to another site but there was just too much BS and flaming going on all the time. I enjoy off topic things from time to time as anyone would. But this site has a perfect balance as well as members who know what they are doing and are interested in helping. My hats off to you Tim. And thats not BS!

Damn, thanks a lot Mike,that means a lot to me.I don`t go for all that flaming /insulting nonsense.I love a good discussion or debate, as it helps to see things from other people`s viewpoints, but that nonsense is for kiddie boards! I hope as this board grows, as it eventually will, if I have my way,that we can keep the standards high, and all of us here can benefit from each other`s input. Thanks Mike!

Bob, You guy`s are really great.I have no confidence as it is,but the comments people have made about the board is instilling a bit more into me.I`m just kind of burnt lately and I`m sure we`ll get through it.

There is still much on this board that I haven't read yet. I did read one of the shoulder articles and thought thought that it was outstanding. It seems to me that they are easily the most inmportant bodypart for BBers.
I've never performed lateral raises longer than about a week, but have went heavy, for me, in military presses and BNP's. Both have more of an effect on my shoulders than anything else I've ever done. I responded well to close grip upright rows many years ago also.

Tim, you've done an outstanding job with the board. Like a mini Mayhem without some of the bickering that sometimes comes up there.
Been busy lately and a bit burnt out myself. And it is kind of slow, but with the pro shows coming up there should be more to talk about.
Hang in. We will survive!
