Hey guys, contest prep or not… if you are fallowing a strict diet and/or training schedule and are completely dedicated to it, what is the thing that miss you the most du to those diet and training sacrifices? Eating something in particular? Having all your week nights relax in front of your televison rather than behing in the gym? Not having to wake up at 5h every morning to go to the gym? Etc.
In my case, versus the diet, i would say not having the chance of having a great diner and a bottle of wine with my girlfriend. But i give a special mention for: not eating Eggo waffles with a lot of Nutella chocolate ;D
… and versus the training schedule? Not behing able to skip a training day, even just once a month, when i receive a last minute invitation for something special: Sport event, Play station day with friends!
But in my opinion, when you think about the achievement that fallows those sacrifices, it worth it! Those sacrifices are also what make me so proud of doing this sport, because you know that the ones succeding, are those that paid the price!

I do the same thing. Sundays are my days off - no training, and 1 cheat meal. The remainder of the week I'm just going hardcore. Up at 4:45 am; at the gym by 6:00 am; out by 7:15 am; Diet, diet and diet for the rest of the day. I actually like it to be honest. But let's face it boys, THIS is what we do - THIS is who we are!! #smileydidisaythat8ws#
