Uhhhggggg!!! I am going to Miami Thurs, Fri, Sat. to be in a wedding. Should be a good thing, right? I get soooo stressed about food in these situations. I hate trying to figure out what to bring nad how to pack it. I know I am going to miss meals. I HATE THAT!!! Thats all. Just thought I'd share my stress.

I`m the same way Randy..........my anxiety soars when a long trip or event is coming up. I actually dread going, but once I`m there,it`s cool !! Just eat as best you can,and find a gym...........I love to train in other cities. Look at it as a bit of downtime, but don`t let it get carried away !!

I love training in other gyms as well. It will be back day Friday right before the wedding. Good thing its not deadlift week though. Most gyms would not appreciate my chalk flying and iron banging around.

Try your best to eat clean and relax! I really can't see you hurting yourself too much those few days. As for the gym, Screw the bast*rds!!! If they don't like the chalk flying and iron banging, they don't deserve OUR business!!! #akicksballs2hu#
On second thought, since you're not doing deads, you could just go and workout quietly.......NA SCREW THE bast*rdS!!!

No need to stress. Just get the calories you need. If your not stepping onstage anytime soon, then why stress? If it's bulking season, then go for a bit of everything!
