Of course YB is the man.......................... why do you think I pay him more than the other moderators here? ;D
Interesting guy,who knows a lot about training, and plays a mean blues giutar as well.
This is the most posts I`ve seen from the guy on any board.
All he needs to do is talk about his training beleifs more often...............I don`t agree with all of them, but they are interesting as hell, and the guy knows more than he lets on about bodybuilding.
We salute you my brother!! #bnotworthysmiley5cb#

This board is nothing, I just posted my 7000 on another right before I came here! Now, my training beliefs seem different to most, because I believe in sound training principles and that's not what FLEX teaches!!! So most people think that I'm way off base according to what they know. But in reality, it's a very "simple" thing if you think about it logically. Also, training FOR ANYTHING- be it powerlifting, running, or ping pong etc.....- comes down to ONE word......adaptation. Thanks for all the good wishes everyone....I'm off to nap after a long day at work....and I'm only halfway through my 23.5 hour day (no kidding).

You are correct on all accounts Mr. Wescott. I was up at 3:30am, drove to Sonoma CA. Worked one store (doing resets), for 5.5hrs. Then drove to Novato, and did another store and finished at 2:30pm. Drove home, and was planning on going to the gym. I put that off till tomorrow knowing I'm already too fried to do all this in one day. Got a cat nap in, and now I'm getting ready for a gig for St. Patty's Day which will have me drive right back to Marin (from SF where I started, returned and will have to return to for a third time by the time it's all said and done) to play from 8:30pm to 1:30am. By the time I'm home after getting paid and picking up the girl etc....I'm going to be going to bed at 3am. All in all a 23.5 hour day. And yes, I'm already fried halfway through it. #drunksmiley4op# <<<Me on the right at the present time with NO booze.
