Haha, too funny Randy! Last Friday i did a very high volume training for my chest, and i'm not sure if it's the reason why, but for the first time in my life i felt soreness 5 days after (Yesterday) instead of the usual 1 to 3 days after! I try to remember if i did something else differently this past week (during another workout or activity), but i cant see anything that could have cause that other than my high volume workout… Anyway, i wont be able to train chest tonight… i'll go for another muscle! Does a 5 days delay ever happened to you?

I've had my glutes and hams get so sore that I could'nt do deadlifts on back day two days later. I've also been so sore right up until the day before I was ready to train the bodypart again. I train each bodypart once a week so sometimes soreness, mostly legs is an issue.
