The Bodybuilding experience of my life!

I'M BACK!!!! I know, i've only been gone from W.O.T.W. for 3 days but i'm not use to be gone for so long so i guess i can say that i am back ;D First of all, let my just say that i've seen your comments in my training journal and you guys made my laugh a lot ;D Thanks for the interest and support!

So i'm back from the "FAME Canada Central" show of Toronto and WOW, what a great week end i had! What happened there? First, Marie-Eve and i had FUN competing in this show... the ambiance was great and the organisation was solid as for the majority of FAME-WNSO shows! Second... we didnt get 1 trophy... not 2 trophies... not 3 trophies... not 4 trophies... not 5 trophies... but 6 trophies + a special award + a special "card"! Wow... it felt great to see our efforts rewarded!

- Marie-Eve finished 3rd in the Fitness category

- Marie-Eve (with me) finished 1st in the couple category

- I finished (with Marie-Eve) 1st in the couple category

- We won the best routine award

- I won my LH class

- I won the overall

- I won the special award ("has the most fun up there award" ;D but it was more of a joke with the audiance)

- And the overall victory gave me the WNSO pro athete status...
so they gave my my PRO card... i was soooo happy i couldnt believe it. I really dont think that i'm good enough for this... but for now i'm just happy and honnored to have received it.

And you know what... sharing those moments with you is truly what makes me even more happy. I dont want Youngblood to say that i'm a kiss a** ;D but seriously, be here with you guys almost every day, talking about bodybuilding in this great friendship atmosphere is something that means a lot for me. Because aside from Marie-Eve, you friends in here are the only ones that share the lifestyle with me... even my training partners or some close friends in Montreal coulnt share or understand this! So if you dont think it's too much a** kissing take this compliment because i mean it...

Thanks a lot again for all the encouragements, positive words in my journal... it kept me so motivated and confident... i hope that i'm sometimes able to give you back the same!

Next step? I'll learn bodybuilding the hard way in my first WNSO pro show in Canada on june 2006...

I'll have more pics later but here is something for now! (I'll also try to post pics of my "the price is right routine" and "Flintstones couple routine"... but at least, i'm happy because some sequences of this will be on my 2006 season dvd... it will be a great souvenir)

Gerry, the privilege is for me… sincerely! I would also add that you've been a big part of this achivement with you precious advices on posing! Thanks Gerry, you are a true bodybuilding reference and a reel gentleman!
