Today I added a section for our female members who wish to start a training and diet log to keep track of progress and to help them stay motivated. Hopefully folks will use it as it is a very good tool to use to help us to stay on point. Also a new female training and diet board........if things pick up among our female members,I will add any new sections that they might request.....also looking for one more female moderator........PM me if interested.
