I am craving junk bad this weekend. I had some low sugar low fat chocolate milk with a scoop of whey post workout yesterday and it made the cravings worse. Good thing I dont allow it in the house.
Sorry about the rant but it helps a little. going to eat some chicken and brocolli.

I agree but when I cheat it seems that I get set back a couple of days according to the scale.

Just water + Glycogen weight. You would have to eat 3500 cals over maintinance to gain 1 pound of fat.

Thats interesting! I guess calipers and the mirror are the truth tellers? yep, I've come to that realization. I used to always just scale watch but I was like no, its the mirror that doesn't lie to you. I know my goal for my show is 175 or 176 but it what the mirror says ;D Calipers are not always 100% correct if you wanted an accurate bf %, the best I was told is the water tank method which is kinda expensive i was told. I bet Tim or some others have better ideas also. OH what I wouldn't give for a bagel right now

OH what I wouldn't give for a bagel right now It doesn`t really matter what your bodyfat % is guys.....it`s all about acheiving a certain "look" on the day of the contest. Checking BF % is a good way to guage progress or just to keep in your personal records, but the mirror and/or photos are the only way to get a 100% accurate picture of how you look...................and again, how you look is all that counts in a contest. The judges do not ask you your BF %,arm measurements,or how much you can bench..........they want to see proportion, lean muscle mass, and definition, with a good posing routine.

#smileygreatpost0av# TIM...
Seriously. If a BF device says that you are 3% and you still look like crap, would it really matter? Or if it says you are 10%, but look like the next cover model for Muscle Mag would it really matter then? NOPE!!!!!!
