I saw Bill Wilmore at the gym and I have to tell you I have never seen anyone that tight in my life. Looked like he had no skin. He said he will probably step on stage around 255. He should do really well and I wish him all the luck in the world. I have known him for 20 years.

Hey, Eric. Have had the pleasure of meeting and corresponding with Bill and he is a cool guy. He really put it together to dominate Nationals and earn his overdue pro card. Sure he has a great pro future.
Bill and many of the above will be at the NY Pro the following weekend.

Look for Phil Heath, Troy Alves, David Henry, and Darrem Charles as the front runners. Haidar and Bill W. are also in the mix. I say Phil Heath lands somewhere in the top 3 in his first pro show!

We're thinking alike, John. That is basically my top 6. I'll guess that Darrem wins it, but it should be very close. In top condition, George Farah could be a spoiler.
Would like to see Ed Van Amsterdam do well. He has been making
steady improvements over the last few years.
Ken Jones will probably get last place, with Jocelyn Pelletier not competing! ;D

So far after pre-judging,Peter McGough Flex editor sees it this way:
1 Phil Heath
2 Darrem Charles
3 David Henry
Contest prep guru Chad Nicholls sees it this way:
1. Darrem Charles

3. Dave Henry
4. Marcus Haley
5. Gary Strydom
either way or otherwise,gonna` be a tough talent packed contest for a change.
