The Colorado Pro contest is tonight,and Gay Strydom looks to be in great condition and ready for his big return to the stage after a long absence of many years.

He may not win,place,or show,but to look like this at 47,after years of retirement,is astounding to say the least !!

Big and ripped with no GH gut.........more should follow suit!!

Garys back has always been a problem area,but looks damn good in this shot.
