I went to the Shawn Ray Classic this weekend. Let us just say, if you get a chance to go to a pro show. Do it. I met several big name bodybuilders, for instance: Darrem Charles, David Henry, Phil Heath, Rich Gaspari, Flex Wheeler, Gary Strydom. The list goes on and on. The fitness expo was a killer. It was great.

Couldn't agree more.
I was able to go to the Arnold 3 years in a row (missed this past year) and it was great.
Seeing some of these people up close gives you a whole different perspective.
Last time I went (2 years ago) they had Coleman and Cutler signing autographs right across the aisle from each other! Ronnie at the Weider Booth and Jay at the Max Muscle Booth. Pretty impressive...

It sounds like a great experience!!!! I wasn't sure about the IFBB Montreal Pro show of september because each ticket is something like 70$  but as you said... maybe it's lifetime experience for a bodybuilding fan... |
