Hi guys
I've been away for awhile. Work is killing me! We are very busy and there is a lot of problems with our new product launch that has me working 12 hour days 6 days a week. But hey its all good!
I do have some good news.
1. I now belong to the most hardcore gym I have ever been to. Its called "The Iron Pit." its located in Leechburgh Pa, and is about a 20 minute ride from where I work. Unfortunately its 20 minutes further away from my house, so its almost an hour away from home. But you know what, its worth it.
Its a key club so I can go anytime I want. Dumbells go all the way up to 175 lbs (yeah baby!!).
Its a basement gym and reminds me of Dorain's temple gym.
The atmosphere is supr hard core and everyone trains really hard.
2. I've got some new dvd's coming way from GMV. The Arnold Classic both prejudging and evening show as well as the pump up room. Also GMV put together additional footage and remastered Dorian Yates Blood and Guts dvd. They added about 30 minutes to it, and a gallery of over 100 photos. No new training footage, but probably contest footage was added from their vast library. I cannot wait to review these for you guys.
3. I may be travelling to Mexico and perhaps Ireland for work. I'm really looking forward to Ireland!
