3) Belonginess and Love: affiliate with others, be accepted; and
4) Esteem: to achieve, be competent, gain approval and recognition.
5) Self-actualization: to find self-fulfillment and realize one's potential
Wescott-Vaillancourt's hierarchy of needs
1) Eat enough protein
2) Train hard
3) Be the WOTW member of the month
4) Be a WOTW Mod
5) be the Phoenix of WOTW

I lived in Florida for 4 years,and everyday I dread the fact that I came back up north.
Where did you go,if I might ask?
Hey tim i drove to orlando and took the kids to seaworld.
Then drove across state to saint pete and stayed with my aunt for a week and took the kids to busch gardens, the beach, and numerous other things.
Then drove across alligator alley to davie florida near fort laud. and watched my brother and his wife graduate from southeastern nova college.
He is a certified pharmacist now and his wife is an eye doctor. I'm really proud of him and his wife. So it was a very long trip.
