today is a happy day ,for on this day , i arbel zafriri ,son of tova and yossi , got on the sacle this morning and saw the digits 100.4KG , that is 225 lbs for those that dont know , at the tender age of 18 , natty , and 3 and a half years of BBing , i cross the 100KG line ...just five more KG's to go and then i'm cutting down to about 95 lean as hell , i'm 100KG and i can stil see some abs , so thats a good sign
i'll post pics of me at 105 ..
