I heard he took so many diuretics, he cramped up onstage. Had to have 7 stage hands carry him off, and then someone in the audience-who brought their kids- grabbed some Pedialyte from their kids' bag, and Tim then returned onstage to win his class. The corrupt judges however, wouldn't give him the overall due to the episode earlier in the day. Tim, how did the Pedialyte taste?

Hey guys.....just got in a little while ago....dead tired, because as you know I took the bus to Rochester.......... so in order for me to get home at 10:15 AM,I had to leave at 4:15 AM......so I was literally up all night after competing.....didn`t want to fall asleep or I would be getting home at 8:15 PM,which would have sucked bigtime. OK,the contest...........I did the Over-40 and Over-50,and decided when I got there to jump into the Over-35, since it was being held in two classes, under 176, and over 176...........figured,what the hell I`m in shape,I`ll go for it!! Got 4th. in the Over-35 under 176 class,4th. in the Over-40,which was one class only, regardless of bodyweight, and took second in the Over-50 again. The guy who won the Over-50, won it last year too......back in the day if you won a contest, you could not compete in it again, but I`m glad he did since it was just him and me this year, and I`d rather not win without having some competition,so it was cool. That`s 6 trophies so far this year for me......could have had 7 if I had entered the New England Open Mdlwt.,as I beat the guy who placed 5th.,since he did the Over-40 with me and crossed over to the Open......but $50.00 is a lot to pay for an entry fee, since I had already paid it for one class to begin with, and wanted to go home with a few bucks in my pocket. Contest was a bit smaller than the last two times I did it,but the quality of the competitors was there as usual. Had 6 guys in both the Over-35, and Over-40 classes. Saw Bob Chicierillo, who MC`ed the show,as well as Sam Zona,Darrem Charles,Danny Padilla,George Farrah, and some fine ass women!!!!! #aidhitit4vu# #drool3xm# The overall Open Class winner was the same guy who won the NPC Mr. Buffalo that I did in April............Ben White is his name, and the guy looked as big, and damn near as good as guest poser Darrem Charles......... who is pretty damn big in person!!! Ben White also won some contest in Jersey early this year, took the show in Buffalo next, went to NYC and won Bev Francis` Metroplitans contest after that, then hit Syracuse and won Jeremy Freemans Iron Man Classic for his next trick, and now he takes the Rochester contest as well. This guy looks, and is amazing.............at 5'8",and around 225, he is huge and ripped, and going to Chicago next week for the Jr. Nats.....nice guy and very humble..I hope he does well. With 5 first place class wins, and 5 overalls since this Spring,he is on a roll to say the very least. Didn`t really get a chance to talk to any of the pros as I was pretty busy, and tired to boot, as they had a lot of stuff going on at intermissions which lengthened the contest considerably. All in all,I`m pretty much happy with how it went down, and I`ll be back next year to try for that Over-50 title again. As always,I thank you guys and gals for the constant encouragement and inspiration............it means a lot to me,beleive me!! #bowdown3ht# Gotta` get some food and some sleep........got a second or third wind going on right now,but I feel wired for sound. I`ve got to get a bigger house.......... as this makes 56 trophies I have accumulated.............................. SO FAR !!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks again for the help my WOTW family of meatheads!!! #woot4ho# #woot4ho# #woot4ho# #woot4ho# #woot4ho# #woot4ho#

Thanks guys.....I appreciate the encouragement very much!!
Joe,I just woke up and feel like crap......I`ll tell you about the bus later when I get more coffeee into me.
My plan is to train a little less intensely and to eat more for the remainder of the month of June............I can do the eating part, but I`ll probably still go all out in the gym,as it`s hard for me not to,but my body is tired.
Food alone should rectify this issue though.
Starting in July, back on the diet and cardio, with even more cardio thrown in, as I get ready for the NABBA Nationals in September.
Then I can eat and gain size,I hope to really dial it in as is my usual plan.....I know I can be even sharper than I now am,and that is my goal.......hence I`ll do double cardio sessions..one intense ,and one not as intense.
