I have some supplements that specify this on the bottle. Each day I generally get a serving together (powder for a shake for example) and keep in my gym bag until the evening when I work out. My gym bag is usually in my trunk all day. What, if anything, is happening with that supplement during the day while it is in my trunk? Probably not being kept at the "cool" as the manufacturer recommends.

Not a big deal.........it`s not there fopr a real long period of time.
Some supps like vitamin E,as well as others, may go bad at high temps, but I think it`s on the label for protein powders just so you can avoid the powder clumping together into lumps which humidity might cause.
