Jcdeadlift (real name Scott) and I visited a fantastic "Old School" gym yesterday! It's in Barberton Ohio and is called Tough Bodies. We met the lovely owner, Jinnifer (a beautiful babe that owns a gym and she's not married! A dream come true, eh guys! ) We had a great workout! This was Scott's first weight workout in 4 and 1/2 years! He's been doing taekwondo which must build muscle because he looks great! I've been training all along at my usual lazy pace but the youngster pushed me and I actually worked up a sweat for once. I really think it's the best gym I've been in since Gold's in 1976! If you get a chance definately go by and get a workout and say hello to Jinnifer for us.  |

Great looking gym Mark..........thanks for the pics!!! I love and miss the old mom & pop type gyms of the old days. The pic with the hack machine reminds me of old days Golds Venice that I`ve seen in the mags. You guys look great too,but nowhere near as good as Jennifer!! LOL  I tried to view the pics over at IA,but they didn`t download for me for some reason!! Thanks again,I could go nuts in a gym like that!! |

Thanks for sharing Mark! This gym is very similar to the one i train for the first time 10 years ago... it was an hardcore gym... i only have great memories from this place!
